The Role

The Study Program Co-ordinator, a newly created role, will be responsible for the management and supervision of the Year 12 Study Centre. This role will provide academic support and guidance to Year 12 students to enhance their study skills and practices. The role also involves managing and training a team of tutors.

This is a 12 month fixed term, part-time, 0.57FTE position.  

Hours of work are term time only:

Monday–Thursday:            2.30pm – 7pm

Friday:                                   2.30pm – 6pm

 

About You

  • VCE experience, within the education sector or similar field
  • VIT registered
  • Strong administrative and co-ordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High initiative and ability to identify opportunities to improve student engagement and learning.
  • Passion for developing programs for student engagement around studies.
