Tooronga Sports Fields

The Tooronga Sports Fields are the result of a decade long exploration of 23 different locations for St Kevin's sports grounds expansion. Officially opened on Saturday 17 June 2017, they are the first significant addition to St Kevin's sporting facilities since the Wilding Centre opened in 2006.

The Tooronga Sports Fields provides modern facilities for a wide range of sports at St Kevin's including, but not limited to:

  • Three FIFA regulation soccer pitches
  • An AFL field
  • 12 cricket nets
  • An IHF regulation hockey field
  • 12 tennis courts as part of the hockey field
  • An indoor basketball half court which is also utilised for badminton and table tennis
  • A 200m athletics track with long/triple jump, high jump, shot put and enclosed discus facilities

The Tooronga Sports Fields are also used throughout the year by the junior school for their Wednesday afternoon APS sport.
