John Crowley – Acting Principal

John has a Master of Arts in School of Historical Studies from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma of Secondary Education from the Australian Catholic University, and a BA in Music from La Trobe University. John has received the special distinction of National Excellence in Teaching Award and is a Member of the Australian College of Educators. John has over 28 Years of teaching experience in Catholic Education and has held the leadership positions of Headmaster at St Patrick's College, Principal of Marian College Ararat and he was the Deputy Principal at Trinity College.
Paul Shannon – Acting Deputy Principal

Paul’s career in education spans 30 years. For the past two years he has been conducting research into the interrelationships between holistic learning, teacher pedagogy and individual differences in over 50 EREA schools as National Director of Learning at Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA). He has recently completed a Doctor of Education including curriculum innovations and evidence informed responses at the school level. In March 2020 Paul accepted the role of Acting Deputy Principal at St Kevin’s College until the end of 2021.
Ross Corstorphin – Business Manager

Ross has a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce as well as being a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for the past 12 years. Ross has eight years of education experience including roles as Finance Manager and Business Manager of the College. Ross also has extensive experience in commercial operations, tax and accounting, corporate finance, property development as well a financial reporting. Ross leads a diverse team across the College that includes Finance, Facilities and Operations, IT, Grounds, Publications as well as a variety of other administration areas.
James Daly – Director of Glendalough

James has been the Head of St Kevin's College Junior School since 2012. James has had over 25 years of educational leadership experience, having previously been Principal at two Primary Schools in the Melbourne Catholic Archdiocese. James holds a Diploma in Teaching, Graduate Diploma in Curriculum, Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration and a Master of Education in Policy and Management. As a member of the College Leadership Team, James contributes to, and participates in, the life of the College across Years P to 12.
Ted Guinane – Director of Administration

Ted has a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Melbourne, Bachelor of Education from La Trobe University and is a member of the Australian College of Education. Ted plays a major role in the operation of the College including the daily organisation of the Heyington campus, the forward planning and management of College events and the construction and implementation of the secondary school timetables. Ted teaches Year 12 Mathematical Methods and Religious Education. Ted also coaches the Second XVIII football team.
Andy Klupacs – Dean of Waterford

Andy has been a teacher at St Kevin’s College for over 35 years, predominantly within the Middle School. Andy has a unique knowledge of the College having taught at all three campuses. Andy has a Teaching Degree and Masters of Educational Leadership from the Australian Catholic University. Andy has been in coordinating roles for over 30 years and has a great affinity with our students and families. Andy has coached football, cricket and tennis in addition to coordinating the After School Studies Program. His experience has been crucial in ensuring the success of the Waterford program.
Hannah Kollmorgen – Director of Studies

Hannah is a senior English teacher. She has held a variety of leadership positions at the College including Head of English, Head of Educational Support and Dean of Student Wellbeing. Hannah has worked as a VCAA assessor for the Written English Examination and General Achievement Test. Hannah has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Literature, a Diploma of Education and a Masters of Education in Leadership and Management from the University of Melbourne. In Hannah’s position as Director of Studies, she leads the implementation of State curriculum, assessment processes and reporting, student academic guidance and the professional development of staff.
Francis McGuigan – Director of Students

Francis holds a Bachelor of Education, Master of Education in Leadership and is currently completing a Doctor of Philosophy at the Australian National University. An educator of over 30 years, Francis was Vice Principal of the Rome International School before returning to Australia to join the leadership team at St Kevin’s. Francis’ role at the College includes oversight of the Pastoral Care program, as well as the co-curricular program. He teaches Year 11 English and Religious education while also coaching Year 7 soccer.
Kathy Prince – Director of Human Resources

Kathy has extensive experience in HR leadership and practitioner roles in the professional services, technology solutions, rail transportation, education and manufacturing industries, in large complex matrix enterprises. Kathy is a compassionate leader focused on enabling individuals and teams to thrive and excel. Kathy is solutions focused, both strategically and operationally, with a proven track record of designing and delivering fit-for-purpose people plans linked to the achievement of business objectives in areas such as culture, diversity and inclusion, workforce planning, employee relations, employee engagement/experience, high performing teams, organisation development, change management, succession management, neuroscience/leadership, and wellbeing.
Liz Weir – Director of Child Safeguarding

Liz is a uniquely experienced education professional with extensive background in all education sectors including Higher Education, Secondary, Primary, Early Childhood and Overseas Student Health Cover. Liz has completed a Masters of Educational Leadership and Student Wellbeing with major areas of research and exemplar practice in Wellbeing, Health and Child Safety. Liz’s extensive experience across all Victorian Education Systems and at the Australian Catholic University, has seen Liz hold senior positions in Educational Leadership, Student Wellbeing and Inclusive Schooling.
