Dean of Wellbeing

Full-time and ongoing position.

We are currently seeking applications for the position of Dean of Wellbeing.

St Kevin's College is a leading Catholic school and a proud member of the Australian-wide network of Edmund Rice Schools. We cater for boys from ELC to Year 12.

The College is a member of the Associated Public Schools of Victoria (APS).

The Dean of Wellbeing is responsible for the leadership and development of best known contemporary practices in pastoral care, management of behavioural development and welfare to enhance the wellbeing of students, staff and parents.

A full position description can be found below, and you will be expected to:

  • Provide educational leadership regarding wellbeing programs for students, staff and parents.
  • Implement a culture of continuous review and improvement.
  • Provide staff support for student wellbeing to ensure the objectives of wellbeing programs are achieved.
  • Provide expert advice and development programs to provide continuing education to students, staff and parents.
  • Have senior leadership experience and proven performance in a similar or related role within a school environment.

A teaching load is required and co-curricular involvement is expected and remunerated for academic staff. The position is full-time and ongoing.
