St Kevin’s College values feedback from the public and its community about college conduct and operations.

St Kevin’s College strives to be a community of faith, hope and love, where communication takes place in an environment of transparency, respect, compassion, fairness, inclusion and a Christian concern for all.

We would like to acknowledge valued behaviours demonstrated by the College, our students and our staff so that others can learn.

If issues arise or relationships are damaged, we will work to repair and restore these, in partnership with members of the school community.  These situations can be opportunities to model the love of Christ, and our response should be founded on a belief in the dignity of each person, on respect, compassion, integrity and truth.

St Kevin’s feedback program is equipped to receive and manage compliments and concerns received from students, parents/guardians, the wider school community and members of the public. 

Feedback can be lodged via:

  • In person directly to a St Kevin’s College staff member
  • By phone (03) 9832 4925
  • Formally in writing addressed to the Feedback Officer, St Kevin’s College, 31 Moonga Road, Toorak, VIC, 3142

Feedback received will be acknowledged, either verbally or in writing, at our earliest convenience and no later than 10 working days.

It will be assessed and, if required, investigated.  In the case of an issue that requires resolution, this will be attempted informally in the first instance.  However, if unable to be resolved, it will be escalated to a more formal response.

Assistance in managing this process, including provision of an interpreter, will be made available on request.

All complaints are managed free of charge.
