The College's Board is formed of 8 members who serve in a voluntary capacity. Members are nominated to the Board and include Old Boys, current and past parents, educators and business executives. Appointments are made to ensure there is a mix of relevant skills, experience and diversity.

Committees of the Board

There are five Committees which work to support the Board:

• Finance Committee
  • The Finance Committee exercises governance responsibilities with respect to the College's financial and business affairs, including audit and the monitoring of financial risk and performance. The Committee is supported by Board members and a number of independent, external members.
• Governance and Risk Committee
  • The Governance and Risk Committee supports the Board in overseeing and monitoring matters related to child safety and governance, risk and compliance.
• Mission and Education Committee
  • The Mission and Education Committee exercises governance responsibilities with respect to the College's vision and mission, the Catholic ethos, culture and faith formation and development. The Committee is supported by Board members and a number of independent, external members.
• People and Culture Committee
  • The People and Culture Committee advises the Board on matters relating to the people and culture of the College including strategy, inclusion and staff health, safety and wellbeing.
    In accordance with the Constitution and the Board Composition Policy the Committee also identifies eligible candidates for appointment to the Board and its Committees.
    The Committee is supported by Board members and a number of independent, external members.
• Property Committee
  • The Property Committee oversees the acquisition, development and maintenance of College buildings and grounds. The Committee is supported by Board members and a number of independent, external members.
